Relaxing The Rules: The Benefits Of Life Insurance Without A Medical Exam

For a long time, insurance has been a reserve for the rich as companies stuck to the old method of making money by targeting high value customers. This has worked for them for a long time until the recession hit and before that the rich vs. poor gap became wider with the poor people becoming more than the rich. In such an atmosphere, anyone with a business mind will notice the potential of the large market. The logic is if you targeted the large market with affordable items, the fact that it is a large market will enable you to meet your expenses and at the same time make money from the small collection.

This model of doing business has been adopted by many major companies and has leveraged the dwindling population of wealthy people. When it comes to insurance, the industry has changed and decided to take on what most people would say are business risks but they do this by spreading their risk. These risks are in form of products that were never considered before. Products such as getting a life insurance with no medical exam were unheard of due to the fact that most clauses insisted on getting this policy after you were declared to have a clean bill of health.

What is this policy?

How is it helpful?

  • Since there is no medical checkup, it means anyone can get this cover. People who suffer from life threatening condition get an opportunity to invest for their families such that they have something to benefit from after their demise. This greatly helps the family, as it is almost certain that hospital bills will be settled.
  • The policy is issued in the shortest time possible and it means that your cover will be completed faster than in a normal policy, which takes time as professionals pore through the medical results and determine how much you should pay depending on the medical conditions you might or might not have.
  • Despite your health, you are still qualified to get benefits; a situation that was not possible before the launch of this product.
  • The product comes with a substantial cover that can be used as inheritance by your beneficiaries or to clear medical bills and other expenses after it matures.

Ensure a Thorough Medical Checkup

There was once a feature article about “sick” gems being cured. The feature said that at a depth of eighty feet below the surface of the clear, blue waters of the Adriatic Sea is a cage. This unusual cage was made by experienced divers in the face of the rock that formed the cliff near the Castle of Miramar. Inside that almost natural cage are some of the most magnificent pearls in the world, belonging to the Archduchess Rainier. The beautiful pearls was placed there because they had become “sick”, meaning, they were losing their brilliant color. Gem experts were unanimous in declaring that the only way to restore their original brilliance was to submit them to a long immersion in the depths of the sea, where they naturally belong in the first place. There they laid for a number of years.

The male physique is a wonderful machinery. It can accomplish so many things-from the gentlest of motions to long bouts of endurance. However, like the pearls in the feature article, over time, the body’s magnificence can also fade away through over use and misuse. When this happens, illness and disease creep and attack its delicate parts, such as the heart, lungs, even muscles. To prevent such a negative scenario, hard-working males should set aside some of their payday advances as well as their time to get a thorough medical checkup. This could be a bit expensive, with all the test and doctor’s fees, but it is well-worth it.

Unfortunately, medical tests are no fun, especially for the male specie of society. For some well-kept reason, men do not like going to hospitals or clinics for tests-unless they already have the aches and pains. In some cases, people end up with inadvertently skewed results. But not to worry, there are some simple, do-it-yourself prep work that would guarantee the numbers are accurate and the tests will be one-take wonders.

Part of any basic medical checkup is a blood pressure check. This helps monitor the risk of heart disease and stroke, especially for men who are susceptible to it. What throws this simple check off is anxiety. Unnecessary worry over a visit to the family physician can increase the systolic blood pressure by five points and the diastolic by 3.5 points. To prevent this, men should go to the bathroom first. According to research, urination reduces blood pressure.

Another fairly common test during medical checkups is the treadmill stress test. This is good for measuring men’s heart fitness and identifies signs of possible heart disease. The test would turn up inaccurate if, during the exam, there is any interference between skin and the electrode (like chest hair). So, before men take this test, they should be careful to clean themselves in the morning. Skip body lotion or powder because it weakens an electrode’s grip on the heart’s electrical signal.

It’s time to take charge of one’s medical checkup. These may be tedious and expensive but, in the long run, a thorough medical checkup, done accurately, can save one’s life.

The Rules of a Medical Billing System

In every year, the issue of getting healthy is very important to talk about. Nowadays, many new viruses such Avian flu or H1N1 disease attack the human from the air. The virus spreads through the air which contaminated human’s breathing. Many inventors on medical treatments try to find the exact medicine to heal it. As you go to the doctor or hospital, you need to be measure that you will get the better help. Today, to get a better help you need to pay more for the payment. It is not a big deal for those who bless with much money. But, for the middle class who get difficult to earn money, even for eat, it is a huge problem for them. To help them dealing with the problem, there is a new rule of medical billing system. This system is a process of getting medical treatment insurance for the health. It usually provide by the company as a work’s guarantee for the workers. In the past, medical billing system known as health’s information system.

The system get the doctor from each hospital to get interact with the insurance’s provider to check on the health of the company’s worker every month. Here, the worker will get his own medical record to show whether his/her health showing progression or not. The medical check includes the physical check of each worker or patient. This medical billing system is absolutely help the worker to minimize their money spending for others needed. Besides, they can get healthy without afraid to spend more money for the entire family members.

However, the rules of medical billing system are different from each company. Commonly, the company administrator will register the entire worker based on her/his name, birth, and address for the insurance detail account to simplify the doctor during the visit for medical checkup. For you who want to propose to works on a company or an office, it is better to ask about the rules of medical billing system that provides by the company as measurement.

Self Health Care – Why a Medical Checkup Isn’t Enough

Medical checkups are commonly seen as an excellent method of self health care. With the pink ribbon splattered on everything from tools to bracelets to buckets of KFC, women get the impression that they’re doing themselves a great favor when they undergo their yearly mammogram.

Unfortunately, mammograms do nothing to prevent breast cancer. They only serve to detect tumors that have gotten large enough to be seen by the human eye (over 100 billion cancer cells). If you receive a cancer diagnosis, the available treatments have not been shown to prolong life significantly, and they come with some serious side effects. Besides all that, the risk of breast cancer for women under fifty is about one in a thousand (i.e., pretty low). The mammogram brand of self health care should not be considered, “taking care of yourself”.

So if medical checkups aren’t the ticket to effective self health care, then what is? To answer that question, I took a look at the scientific research. I asked, what does work to prevent illness and promote longevity in humans? Several answers popped up over and over again. I must warn you that they’re not very exciting, but here they are: eat right, exercise, don’t smoke, and maintain a healthy low weight. That’s right, and I’m sorry there’s no new magic pill to report.

But wait a minute-what does it mean to “eat right”? Well, the medical literature is pretty conclusive on that, too. “Eating right” amounts to eating copious amounts of high-nutrient foods-primarily green vegetables, fruits, seeds, and beans. For instance, a recent study published in the Journal of Cancer (2008) reported a 64% reduction of breast cancer risk in women who at mushrooms daily.

You see, whole, unrefined plant foods are supremely high in phytonutrients–plant-derived chemicals–that protect us against disease and aging (unlike pink mammograms). Study after study shows that as our consumption of these foods goes up (especially dark leafy greens like kale and collards), our disease risk decreases significantly. But the key here is volume. If you take a nutrient-deficient diet–one based on bread, pasta, cereal, milk, chicken, olive oil–and add a cup of kale to it, you probably won’t see many benefits. Ideally, to get the maximum protection from the thousands of phytochemicals abounding in unrefined plants, you have to eat lots of them-12-14 servings/day! Now that’s excellent self health care!

Another benefit of this diet style is that it is highly weight-loss favorable. By eating 12-14 servings/day of fresh fruits and veggies, you fill up your belly with low-calorie, nutrient-rich food, so there’s no room left for all the other empty-calorie stuff (the bread, oils, etc.). A diet style high in micronutrients–vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phytochemicals–allows you to eat as much as you want while still losing weight, diminishing your disease risk factors even more. And it turns out to be much easier to prevent breast cancer (and other cancers and disease) than to cure it.

Now, I’m not saying it’s easy to switch from the disease-causing standard American diet (SAD) to a high-nutrient diet. And the popular media doesn’t help with its emphasis on sensational news stories instead of reporting valid scientific research, so you may not be convinced that a nutrient-rich diet style can actually prevent breast cancer or take the place of a medical checkup. Many of us have to overcome years of programming about the necessity of dairy for strong bones (not necessary or even beneficial for bones) and the benefits of olive oil (an overhyped, super-high-calorie, low-nutrient refined “food”) before we start to believe in the tremendous value of leafy greens (think, “elephants”-where do they get their protein?). Well, I hope this article has piqued your interest. Now go take a brisk walk around the block and have an XXL salad for supper!
